Online training and self-study can be done within 1 hour per week. Meal preparation may take 2 hours per week. Depending on your fitness level, there are 3 to 5 workouts per week, each of about 1 hour duration.
The meal plans and workout plans have been created by our faculty members based on over 20 years of successful personal coaching of elite clients. More than 5,000 people completed this program and switched to a healty lifestyle.
The program is based on whole foods and low risk workouts in the gym. It recommends only a limited number of supplements. Please consult with your doctor, if you have a medical condition, allergies, or injuries.
Sign up any time for your selected plan. You may require from few days to up to a week to complete all the onboarding activities prior to the program start. The program itself starts at the beginning of each month.
